'Where can i find information on the company 'Venetian Marketing Services Limited'

Macau/Hong Kong

Already Tried:
Various govt sites the SEC, etc Company may be listed in Hong Kong, but parent is Las Vegas Sands LLC, as far as is known. I need to know date of incorporation and 'where incorporated', 'where is regiistered office', and who are they a subsidiary of, or affiliated to.

They recently announced an order for ten fast ferries from the Australian Company Austal Pty Ltd.
Fairly widely covered in the marine presss.
I am interested to know also, when this contract was signed - i believe it was Nov. 06

Don, thank you, but all of this - bar the Media Release from Austal ( Which I somehow missed) - I have already researched.

The burning issue now, is When/where was the company
'Venetian Marketing Services Limited' Hong Kong incorporated,
as this company is said to have the contract with Austal.

I want to see how VMSL is affiliated to, as I believe they are
directly linked to LVS.
Maybe you have a legal correspondent in Hong Kong.
I will pay more if you can find this info.

''Venetian Marketing Services Limited', Hong Kong,
which is the Company that has contracted for the new
Cotai Strip 'Fast Ferries'.

It is this company that I need to know about, and btw LVSI
issince July 2005, LVS LLC

The www.bymnews article I had seen Don.

The SEC Subsidiary listing is interesting but dates from end 2005.

I have a Conference and Exposition program ( EXPO REAL ASIA 2006) that dates from 5/6 Dec. 2006, that shows a David Sylvester, VP, Retail Development, Venetian Marketing Services Limited, Hong Kong, as a participant.
This suggests a subsidiary of 'Venetian Far East, Ltd.', so VMSL may have been newly
incorporated in Nov. 06.
It could also have been set up as a Cayman or BVI Company, if we could check those out please.

David, the date of incorporation Venetian Marketing Service,Limited was May 06,2006 and became effective June 17th,2006

Venetian Far East was incorporated March 08,2000 and became effective June 22,2001.
