im an owner-operator and have a contract with NPP, according to the contract our surcharge is based off 1.409 and when fuel goes up .05 we get a .01 added to our rate. Our surcharge always has a decimal point but they always drop it off the price. it comes to about 500-600 dollars a year. Is this a breech of contract? Also they terminated my contract for giving reasons that are completely untrue. The real reason is because I refuse to break the hours of service laws for them. Can i take legal action?

I haven't done anything so far, but I billed them according to the contract, and they change my billing every week
