i work for a telecomunication company installing telephone systems.i suspect the owner/boss of dialling into customers systems remotely, which is used for remote diagnostics and tampering with the programming resulting in an engineer being called out and fixing the problem and the customer is charged for a callout or if they havnt got a maintainance contract they are told they need one is this illegal and if yes what do i do about it?
