I bought a sectional from the brick and when it arrived 4 months ago they sold my bought and paid for furniture to someone else and ever since then I have been given the run around.2 days ago they deliveried 2 of the 3 peices, one of which is damaged. they say they can repair it but I paid for a new custom made sectional not a repaired damaged one. I have missed at least 7 days of work due to them running me around. I earn at least 300. a day.So I'm out at least two thousand dollars and still have no furniture which I paid cash for in july another2400.00 dollars. Leagally there must be something I can do!? If I sold something that balonged to someone else is that not illeagal?

You need to sue these people for breaching the contract. They have failed to fulfill their side of the bargain by not delivering the goods you have paid cash for. As a result you have suffered days off of work, the monies you paid for and aggravation. This is evidence enough to show breach of contract.

You are advised to speak with an attorney in your jurisdiction to further protect your interests.
