nothing really thats why i need youur help,because my laywer kept saying that i was going to get money out of the laysuite, but i didn`t. Now he said they thow it out.

Can you give me some history and why you feel he/she is not helping. What is going on. What type of agreement do you have with them for payment. Contract or what.
