I live in Colorado, can i throw out someone in my home we hve no ren

My husband left our home a month ago. No bills been paid I just got back to home 2 weeks ago. His friend stays here and has his mail sent to this address, no contract for rent written up just verbal by him and my husband. Do i have the right to toss him out without an eviction notice since there is no paper trail at all? If so how do I he said he needs a eviction notice.. thank you
