Hi,

Two parties enter into a contractual agreement and one party has agreed to supply funding for the agreement. In case there is a breaching of the contract does the party that had agreed to fund the contractual agreement forfeit their financal investment? And can the other party sue for breach of contract? Also, in case of debt does the party that was suppose to supply the funds must proceed for the non-payment of money previously owed under contract? Thanks
