i have a problem with a company who refuses to repair damage they caused to my property. Who should I complain to as they do not answer letters of telephone calls.

Reply to Marie's Post: Private company, they damaged my roof when fitting solar panels and water got in and damaged the lounge ceiling. They have admitted liability but that is as far as it has got. Have had a lot of trouble with them from the outset and finally had them remove panels and cancelled order because they were such a nightmare/
