I rented a hall for a function, In my contract agreement I asked for the event to start and end at a specific time. The hall representative agreed to my date and time. I placed a deposit on the hall. Know the representative said's that the date is avaliabel but not at the time I requested. However, when I placed a contract on the hall the date and time was available. Has the company breeched the contract.
