is documented proof needed if i financially contributed to an 8 year live-in relationship? physically helpebuild the family home (sweat equity-my name was not on the deed)- performed all domestic duties (cooking cleaning, etc) and he had verbally promised me that we would be lifelong partners and planned to build a retirement home in both names. he ended the relationship-thru infidelity.I want to sue him for pain and suffering, and a % of the profits from the above mentioned house he is selling now
