I am not devorced from my husband in ontario canada, I've been living with my common law mate male for 12 years now and he has been supporting me, I'm 61 years of age, he said I'm not intitled to anything because i am still married but legally separated, is my common law husband right, we have bought 2 homes since we have been together, but the mortgage is in his name also. thank you leigh
