Reply to Flagbridge-ADR's Post: I received services from my Chiropractor and never received a bill nor did they ever ask for a copayment, thus I assumed, incorrectly, that my insurance was covering my visits. Then at a visit last fall they asked me if I was aware of my balance, $1300, and asked me for my home address so they could start sending me billing. Some of the charges go back to 2004 but most are for 2005.
