If partial parternal rights of an African child, six-years-old is given to an American, how do I get that child to legally live with me in the United States? The mother abandoned this child to his father when he was less than three years of age. I have fallen in love with this young boy and after over two years have gone by, he now wants to come and live with me...How do I bring him here to live with me as his mother? His father has sent me some papper work from the child's doctor and it has me listed as the mother. What can I do to make this an opportunity for this child to be raised by me.
