I receive child support. My ex company depostits to the state. They over deposited for three months in a row. I called them three times and asked them about it, they told me they were paying as scheduled they were not porviding extra. Then I contacted the state to verify where the money was coming from, the company now says they made an error and want their money back. Can they do this?
