me and my sister bought 2homes on one lot.needed to much work for her so she sold to my dad . because of my credit he got the loan and so on.i remodeled his house w/permits, after we did mine w/out permits city found out and red taged it.me ,my wife,and 2 kids had to move out.my dad will not tell us anything ,and now he says he''''''''s going to move in to my house and rent his out! need some help?
