I am in the process of being Discharged from California Army National Guard due to medical determination in accordance with AR 40-501, Chapter 3. The discharge is due to my rehabilation program of having to see a chiropractor once a week for the next 12 months. I am currently trying to gain employment as a full time firefighter and was wondering if i must say I was medically discharged on my application forms even if i recieve no monetary compensation from the government?
