I recently purchased a second home in Idaho, however I am not able to sell my home in California due to the negative equity, nor am I able to rent it out for enough to cover my Mortgage. If I foreclose on my California home, will I still be able to keep my home in Idaho as long I continue to make payments on the Idaho house?
