i have a temporary restraining order against me from my girlfriend/fianc'e ordering me to stay away from the property that we share together. we have two homes that we share, one in oakland ca, they other in oakley ca, are relationship seems to be over. She lied to the courts saying that her life was in danger, that i was a threat to her and her mother. basicly she said all types of bad things about me in order to get me off the property.i was thrown out of my home with know were to go, no family in town, all because of lies.the very next day i filed a report defending myself telling the courts what really happen on may 31,2005 she stated that i assualted her but i did no such thing, they only thing that i truly did was damage her cellular phone. due to the fact she was missing for a number of five days without a trace nor phone call. she opens the front door walks in like life was just grand, witch pist me off . instead of hurting her i damaged her cell. how do i defend my self from being thrown out in the cold after years of hard work.
