How can I file a suit against the california department of ...

How can I file a suit against the california department of parole and specific parole officers for harrassment, intimidation, pain, suffering, emotional distress and loss of wages and time off from work? I am NOT on parole- My husband is, but I am the one who is being harrassed.

so a personal injusry lawyer can take a case against a BIG government agency such as the parole board?

Yes they can. Or you can hire and attorney that specializes in State and Federal law. Either one or a general practioner can take the case. You can go to the state's bar website for a referral of attorney's that practice in these areas.
