I have recently become divorced and losing that income has greatly affected my debt. I am going to file for chapter 7, as I have already briefly talked with a lawyer. I have three questions, first do I need to take my tax returns or just my W-2's to him? Second, my ex-husband is on my car loan, but in the divorce agreement it was named my responsibility, will he have to be involved? Third, there is a second lien on my car, if I decide to include the car, what will happen to the lien or if I decide to reaffirm the car, but I want to include the loan that has the lien on my car, what will happen?
