Unemployment Insurance and Bankruptcy of the company
Sent to Legal Experts January 05 01:08 PM

I was terminated from a job and I won my appeal to overturn the decision to deny my unemployment. Now I have received a letter that that company is going bankrupt and I need to submit information as a creditor for whati am owed. Isn’t unemployment a type of insurance paid to me by the state of Indiana from a pool the employer contributesd to? Will I not get unemployment if I don’t respond to the court as a creditor? Trump Indiana lawyers sent this to me, what should I do?
