Greetings:

Please know that I am a legal secretary/paralegal with 28 years experience in the State of California. I would like to assist you...As you know, the goal of a bankrupcty proceeding is to obtain a discharge of debts. When a debt is discharged, it is no longer enforceable against the debtor personally.

However, in all fairness to you, your question is very vague -- thus, I cannot adequately respond until you provide me with more information. Please let me know the following:

When was bankruptcy filed?

When was the lien placed on the property?

Is this woman named as a creditor?

What interest does this woman have regarding the property?

To your knowledge, was the bankruptcy order modified?

Was there a Relief from Stay?

I await your reply.

Thank you.

Bright Blessings.

Peace, Love & Happiness,

The Mystic Wave
