We owe about $20,000 in credit card bills, and $6,700 in medical bills, my husband has had a triple bypass, and bypass failure, requiring repair. he is self employed,as a wallpaper hanger and painter, I work for a failing company, that recently cut my hours to 20 hours-I pay for health insurance, and bring home 22.81 for my pay check. Is there any way we cango bankrupt on these bills and keep our home (a1979 doublewid mobile home)and the $11,000 I have in a 401k?
