Wrongful termination, holding wages

I was employed with an at will company for a year and a half, never had any disciplinary actions, approximately a month and a half after i informed my supervisor i was pregnant i was terminated for failure to follow through, disorganization, and lack of administrative control. He is now holding my final wages accusing me of having company property that I never was issued what recourse do I have.
