Two seperate withdrawls from ATM's in Broward and Dade ...
Sent to Legal Experts September 11 07:30 PM

Two seperate withdrawals from ATM's in Broward and Dade county within 2 hours of each other resulted in $1,000 withdrawn from my account. I noticed the withdrawals when I was checking my account on line. I contacted the bank. we closed the bank card and I filed a police report in both counties. The bank is still not agreeing to put the money back in my account. They won't tell me anything, won't tell me if the atm video shows anything, just stalling me. do I have any recourse? thank you.

They will conduct an investigation into the incident, and it could take as long as 30-45 days. Get copies of the police reports, and contact the bank security. See what is the standing on the case. If still no help, you will need to contact an attorney and have them contact the bank on your behalf.
