Reply to Ed Johnson's Post: 1. The Judgement was filed in Dallas county, Texas and also it was filed 6 months later in my county ( or recorded if that is correct answer)

2. It was done sept 1996 will be out in 5 months but i cannot afford to wait til then
3. No attempts to collect that i know of i did not even know about this judgement until i have given my son property and he built and financed home judgement was 8 years old then.
4.Not sure when company went out of business it was several years ago i believe It was an INC. Business as was ours.
5.No i did not appeal i did not know it was there.
6. Not Represented in court did not know about it.

A little history to help you out with this i was forced out of company by friends i trusted we had been factoring invoices with the company that filed judgement. Business was growing very quickly and we had to have factoring ( it is a way to get invoices paid faster by losing small % to get money faster) to help float business. after i was forced out they moved business to dallas and to my understanding they bankrupted it about a year or so later. I was on original paperwork as a Gaurantor to richards capital inc ( company that filed judgement ).
