workmen's comp injury case

After setteling a case, is it possible to reopen?

I settled my case in February of 2004, before a Judge, it was not until then that I learned the seriousness of my injury, the doctor that treated me failed to explain to me in lyman's terms the results of my MRI.

I feel as if I was taken advantage of, because I was not fully informed and aware, educated of what was going on before me.
