You will need a complaint form where you can state your cause of action. Let me know what state and city you are from and I will see if the forms are online for you. If they are not online, you will need to go to court and get the forms.

Let me know more about what type of cause of action you are looking to file suit and I can see if the complaint form is the correct paperwork you will need. Thanks.

I'm in Florida. I want to file a civil claim against a builder for the remaining portion of my deposit that they are refusing to give back to me.

I went to the court today and they refused to help me file any paper work. They said that I need to know what forms I have to fill out if I want them to file a claim or they said that I need to get a lawyer, which I can't afford.

The problem is I don't know where to begin.
Please help me!
