Being the first person in Jail over furniture in a divorce case first and last in Florida HIstory, is there a way to sue the state for the 21 one days spent in jail. My case I understand sets presidence in all divoce cases. My bond was furniture. I could not get out of jail till I returned the furniture. I am really intrested in the response to this question. If I can sue do you know anyone in Florida?
