My son lives in MD & his wife lives in NY. She took him to court for child support, in NY. He doesn't make much money but he is being required to pay $600.00 per month. Now he cannot buy food to eat, pay for gasoline, make car note, pay for rent & etc...I know if he could afford an attorney thing might be different. Please advice. Thank you.
