Thank you very much for your reply containing additional information.

Some additional information is still needed for one or more of us to offer you appropriate and helpful answers.

Is this a Small Claims Court matter -- or, are you represented by an attorney who will be present at the upcoming Court Hearing?  If you are represented by an attorney, why do you need our assistance?

Specifically, what kind of assistance, advice, information and/or other help are you wanting in order to as you say: 'have all the facts considered in this case at the hearing on 9/7'?

Is the information on your case (which you cite by case number in your question) publicly available for review on line?  If so, what is the website URL?  If your case information is not available online -- how do you suggest we review it?

What specific legal issues/questions do you want us to consider/address when reviewing your case?

Are you willing to Accept (pay for) a helpful answer -- or answers -- from a paralegal or knowledgeable (non-attorney) layperson?  Or only from an Attorney.  I ask this because, to my knowledge, there are no attorneys currently answering questions on expertask.com -- although they are certainly welcome to do so.

Thanks in advance.

Steve

I don't mean to be difficult, but even though you are providing more detail -- your clarifications remain extremely cryptic and brief.

I assume, since you do not mention a web site, that your case information is not available for review online.  This is unfortunate since (because someone that would have to go down to the court in order to review your case records) that makes it far less likely that anyone would choose to review your case information for the dollar value you have assigned to this question.

Again, are their specific issues about which you are seeking a review/second opinion because you and your attorney differ about them?

You still have not specifically indicated what type of assistance you are looking for from us on ExpertAsk.com -- and you still have not answered most of my questions.

The more information you give us -- the greater likelihood that we can be of help to you -- although there are, of course, no guarantees.

Thanks in advance.

Steve
