Any request for a change in your girlfriend's sentence or status will have to be made to the Court.  This means that an attorney will have to do it.

If possible, have her request a meeting with her attorney.  Alternatively, you could try to contact her attorney -- but, you may not get very far -- because she is not your wife -- so you have no legal standing.

However, assuming that you are the father of her unborn child -- you MAY have legal standing to bring an action for a change in her sentence/status -- because of the negative impact that continued incarceration may have on your unborn child.

If her -- and your -- efforts to have HER attorney do something about the situation fail -- I recommend that you talk with an attorney about your concern for your unborn child.  You will probably need to take a paternity test if you have not already done so.

Most attorneys do not charge for a first visit.

As I am not an attorney -- the above should not be considered legal advice.  I strongly recommend that you consult an attorney in this matter.

Good Luck!
