Land Tax

I do not own the home i am living in. But the owner reqires me to pay the land tax,and to buy the home, that is still in his name. Is it his responsibillity to pay the tax, considering he owns the proporty?

Before I can answer your question about the taxes, I need to know how is the owner forcing you to buy the house?

The rest will make sense once I have the answer to that question.
