last week i was served a summons saying arbitration case for me to present to court in Illinois today nov.6 and i am a resient and leave in miami.The case is for a loan that I took under my name for a company that is close does not exist since dec.2006.Now the lander is calling me to court to pay the money back,I did not present to court as I have no way to be in Illinois what will happen now that I did not go to court.Last week I send a letter to the lander asking them an arrangement for payment yesterday their layer call me but I missed the call and when i call back they were akready closed.I try this morning to reach their lawyer by phone but it was an answer messages .
