I signed 2 yrs ago a california residential purchase agreement with an appraisal and loan contingency and adeposit of $10,000.00 with the escrow co. the transaction was never closed, the seller sold the property to a third party inmediatly after an appraisal issue araise, my deposit was never returned since the seller wanted to keep my money. I belived the pruchase contract has the arbitration clause but I'm not sure how to start the dispute or against who, is it the escrow co. that I'm assuming they still have the deposit or is it to the sellers that I do not know how to contact, all the efforts to recoupe my money for the last 2 yrs. where through escrow but they alleged that the seller never authorize the money reinburstment. thanks
