Is there a written formula for the phrase "made whole" when used in an arbitration award? The arbitrator used this phrase in referance to full compensation (back pay) How should that be figured? Average the last 6 Mos. worked? Or ???

Hi,

If the work did not result in the same weekly paycheck, if I were the party that prevailed in the arbitration, I would propose a judgment that best benefited me....average 6 months....a year....something reasonable but on the high end. Let the employer come back with a counter approach if he thinks it's too high.
