What are my rights re: N.Y. State No Fault Denials?
Sent to Legal Experts May 03 06:24 PM

My No Fault was cancelled based on an IME by a Physiologist who said that I had reached pre-accident condition and needed no further treatment. My pre- accident condition was pain free for an extended period of time. [my P.A. can verify this]. I continue to have episodes of pain and continue to see my neurologist, physical therapist and chiropractor. They are continuing to submit bills. I received denials for medication and have contacted American Arbitration Association. This is going to an arbitrator. What are my rights? Is there a way to get my No Fault reinstated? What laws apply to my situation?                                                            Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Gail W.

Relist: I still need help.
No Fault cancelled due to IME by physiologist who said I had reached pre-accident condition. I had no pain at the time of the accident and for an extended period prior. I still have pain and have been seeing a chiropractor, neurologist and physical therapist. I am also on medication. What are my rights and what can I do?
