I am a member of a LLC opperating in Michigan that appears to be headed for dissolusion.

All of the other members have taken thier initial investments back through expenditures or draws and I am the only member with outstanding capital.

Is my only recourse to send this dissagreement to arbitration? How do I go about doing that.

Since I hold the capital intrest in the LLC am I entitled to all remaing assets.
